Where enrollment is available, read the plan documents, complete the acknowledgment, and finish checkout through Square.

Book an included service
Use the subscriber booking page to choose an included oil service or tire rotation and request an available appointment at a safe, legal, accessible location. QH reviews bookings to confirm subscriber eligibility.
Square checkout note: The Commuter plan now links to monthly ($15/month), quarterly ($44/quarter), and annual ($145/year) Square subscription checkouts. Select Square’s Subscription option, not one-time purchase. Square’s monthly link says “Cancel at any time” and doesn’t show the 12-month end date, which conflicts with QH’s stated commitment. The quarterly and annual links show subscriptions ending after 12 months. Linda should review the monthly option before enrollment.
